Karen is a freelance arts manager and fundraiser, whose work as a performer, teacher, consultant, senior manager, fundraiser and trustee has taken her to North America, where she lived for ten years, as well as the UK. Karen now works exclusively as a fundraiser with performing arts and music charities, and in recent years has held roles at Dorchester Arts, Two Moors Festival, Music at Oxford, The Carice Singers and Wiltshire Music Centre.
Passionate about the arts and culture, and the pivotal role they play in the wellbeing of people and places, Karen is delighted to share her experience with the talented and enthusiastic team at Mahogany Opera.
