Stephanie Singer

Artistic Advisor

Stephanie Singer is an award winning composer, song-writer, creative director and artist. Her work is disarmingly intimate. Binding original classical, pop, experiential live music together she draws audiences into varied worlds of unbridled joy to celebrate the insanity of the human experience together. Currently, Stephanie is composing the original score for touring Disney Princess Experience, a contemporary oratorio 'THE FRUSTRATION CHOIR' for the Kings College London Choir, showing at St. Giles Church, collaborating with Bafta winning comedian Luisa Omeilan on her new musical God Is A Woman and developing rave opera VIOLET DISRUPTION with the English National Opera. Channelling her insatiable energy into multi-media, Stephanie's catalogue ties threads of her own experiences together to explore the question: what does it mean to be human? Future facing, quizzical and challenging - she’s here to play.

In her role as the founding creative director of ground-breaking performance company BITTERSUITE EXPERIENCES CIO Stephanie has led the company across the last 10 years. Directing & composing their recent production BODIES TILTED2023 @ the Southbank Centre across a 25 sell-out performances as part of Christine & The Queen’s Meltdown at Southbank Centre. She collaborates with Nwando Ebizie as an artistic advisor for the Hildegard project since the projects first show at the Kings Place in 2018, and has a particular interest in how audiences access and experience the work with all their senses.
