Caroline Slade

Caroline is back for another year of Snappy Operas, after being Musical Director in 2019 for Northamptonshire, and in 2022 for Leicester. Caroline is a singer and conductor, and loves working with singers of all ages. She has led choirs for Opera North, English National Opera, Leeds and Bradford Cathedrals, John Lewis and the NHS. She has also performed at the BBC Proms and the World Choir Games. Caroline has also been a voice coach for ITV, and a lecturer at the University of Leeds and the University of Reading. At the moment, she is a Choral Director at Sheffield Cathedral where she helps children to become confident singers and leaders in church music. When Caroline is not singing, she loves walking with her big, silly dog in the Peak District. carolineslade.co.uk
