Anna Bruder is an Artist, Theatre Designer and prop maker who graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2004. For over 15 years Anna has worked in the world of theatre, not only practicing as a highly skilled prop maker for London's leading musicals, but also designing and building awe inspiring sets and installations for productions at The Young Vic, Sadlers Wells, English Touring Opera and many more theatre based institutions. This has seen her work alongside some of the best-known directors and designers in the country.
Since 2011 Anna has been working on her design concept A Line Art. A Line Art specialises in immersive theatre performances and interactive art events for children, young people and their families. Our work has successfully toured to theatre spaces including The Southbank Centre, The Barbican Theatre, Young Vic Theatre, The Oxford Playhouse, The Unicorn Theatre; Story Centres such as Discover Children’s Story Centre and the Story Museum in Oxford; SEND and mainstream schools; outdoor festivals including The Big Draw and EEA; community spaces and shopping centres around the UK. We have also toured internationally to Bravo Children’s Festival, Helsinki; Oulu Children’s Festival and Fabriano Big Draw in Milan. A Line Art’s most recent show Ready Steady Lift Off! has been nominated for Best Production for Young People Ages 0-7, THE OFFIES 2018.
