Adam Maxey is a bass-baritone from Dorset, and a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal College of Music.
Performance highlights include; the title role in Le nozze di Figaro, Dottor Bartolo in Il barbiere di Siviglia, the title role in Amy Crankshaw’s The Apothecary, King Tartaglia and Calmon The Little Green Swallow, Gil in Il segreto di Susanna, Melibeo in La fedelta premiata and Don Magnifico in La Cenerentola.
Adam has performed with Glyndeborne Festival and Touring Operas, Welsh National Opera, Mahogany Opera, English Touring Opera, and the Donmar Warehouse in their recent production of Henry V.
Adam was a finalist in the Kathleen Ferrier Competition in 2019.
